Tk999tk (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. The terms "member" or "user" in this document refer to any individual who is registered on or uses tk999tk.

Accessing the tk999tk website or using any of our services constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms, please do not use our platform.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply alongside these Terms & Conditions. Together, these documents form our complete service agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old to register at tk999tk. We may request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify your age. Providing false information about your age will result in account termination and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and truthful.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Accounts must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Please update your details as soon as possible if anything changes — especially your mobile number, which is linked to payments.
• Tk999tk may request additional identity verification (KYC) at any time — this must be completed as required.

All games and betting activities on tk999tk operate under clearly defined rules. Each game has its own set of rules, available within the game itself or in the relevant support section.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in cases of a technical error affecting the game.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, tk999tk will determine the outcome based on the last state saved on the server.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Game outcomes at tk999tk are determined by a third-party certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, all related bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• In live betting, tk999tk reserves the right to change odds or suspend markets at any time.

Tk999tk expects all members to play with integrity. Any unusual betting patterns or suspected foul play may result in the account being temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Tk999tk regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant voucher or promotions page.

• Welcome bonus: New members can receive a bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit. This bonus must meet specified wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus amounts generally require a wagering of 15 to 30 times. Specific conditions are stated separately for each bonus offer.
• Free spins: Winnings from free spins are generally credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements.
• Reload bonus: Recurring bonus offers for existing members — terms for each offer are listed on the promotions page.
• Cashback: Cashback may be offered on losses above a specified amount on selected games.

Tk999tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a member is found to have used fraudulent methods to obtain a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

Tk999tk supports the popular mobile banking services available in Bangladesh. The following rules apply when making deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes; in exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Unusually large withdrawal requests may require additional verification.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it will be transferred to your main balance once the wagering requirements are met.

Tk999tk takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not a cause of problems.
